Ingredients
For Homemade chocolate:

Milk
Chocolate (1/2 cup)

Cocoa powder (1.5 tbsp)
·
Vanilla essence (0.25tsp)
·
Salt (Pinch)
·
Milk powder (1 tbsp)
·
Icing sugar (1 tbsp)
·
Melted butter (1 tbsp)
·
Toasted Hazelnuts (1 cup)
For assembling:
·
Homemade chocolate
·
Wafer shells (20)
·
Melted compound milk chocolate (3/4th cup)
·
Toasted Chopped hazelnuts (1/4th cup)
·
Whole toasted hazelnuts
Procedure
For Homemade chocolate:
· Put 1 cup
of hazelnut in a professional juicer to make nut butter.
· Add icing sugar, milk powder,
salt, vanilla essence, cocoa powder, and melted butter to the nut butter.
· Once the mixture is smooth add the melted milk
chocolate and give it a quick blend.
· Chill the homemade chocolate in the fridge for
about 1 hour.
For assembling:
· Take 2 wafer cups and fill them both with
homemade chocolate and put whole toasted hazelnut in it.
· Join both wafer cups together, seal them with homemade chocolate, and place them on a
tray.
· Freeze for about 20 minutes.
· Melt the milk chocolate and mix in the chopped
hazelnuts.
· Coat each wafer in the chocolate hazelnut
mixture.
· Let the chocolate set correctly.
· Freeze for about 10 minutes
· Wrap in foil if you want
· Ferrero Rocher is ready.
Peanut Chocolate balls
Ingredients
For chocolate balls :

Roasted Peanuts (1/2 cup)
·
Roasted Almonds (1/2 cup)
·
Biscuits (7-8 pieces)
·
Melted milk chocolate (1/4th cup)
For coating:
·
Milk
Chocolate (1/2 cup)
·
Cocoa powder (1.5 tbsp)
·
Vanilla essence (0.25tsp)
·
Salt (Pinch)
·
Milk powder (1 tbsp)
·
Icing sugar (1 tbsp)
·
Melted butter (1 tbsp)
·
Chopped toasted peanuts (1/4th cup)
Procedure
For chocolate balls :
·
Grind the biscuits, roasted peanuts, and roasted
almonds.
·
Add melted milk chocolate to it.
·
Mix well and make a soft dough
·
Make 12-15 small balls.
For coating:
·
Add icing sugar, milk powder, salt, vanilla
essence, cocoa powder, and melted butter to the blender and combine.
·
Once the mixture is smooth add the melted milk
chocolate and give it a quick blend.
·
Mix chopped toasted peanuts to it.
·
The chocolate mixture is ready.
·
Coat each ball with this chocolate mixture.
·
Freeze it for about 20 minutes.
