Desert recipe||Rice kheer||Egg Pudding

i.e rice kheer and egg pudding.
So, without wasting our time let's get straight into it.
Rice Kheer
Ingredients
Kheer mixture:
• Rice(2 and 1/4 cup)
• Sugar (1/2 cup)
• Almond (1/4 cup)
• Milk(2 liters)
• Condensed milk(1/4 cup)
For garnishing:
Note: Garnishing is optional.
• Pistachio(1/4 cup)
• Almond (1/4 cup)
Procedure
For kheer mixture:
• Blend rice in the blender.
• Now in the blender add almonds and sugar and blend it properly.
• Put the mixture in the air-tight jar.
• Your kheer mixture is ready it should be used within 1 month.
For kheer preparation:
• Take a pan and add 2 liters of milk to it.
• Milk should be boiled on medium flame.
• Add 2 cups of kheer mixture and cook it for about 45 minutes or until the milk turns into 1 liter on medium-low flame.
• Add condensed milk to it.
• After taking the pan out Let it cool.
• Your kheer is ready.
• Add pistachios and almonds for garnishing
Egg pudding
Ingredients
For caramel:
• Sugar(3 tbsp)
• Water(2 tbsp)
For pudding mixture:
• Egg (3 medium-sized)
• Milk(1 cup)
• Sugar(1/3 cup)
• Vanilla essence (1 tsp)
Procedure
For caramel:
• In a pan add water and sugar.
• Cook it on a medium flame.
• Mix it well and turn off the flame if the mixture turns golden brown.
• Take the mixture out.
• Take a small steel pan
• Now take 1 tbsp oil and grease it well on a steel pan.
• Put the caramel mixture in that steel pan.
For pudding mixture:
• Now take a bowl, add eggs, and beat them properly.
• Add powdered sugar and mix properly.
• Now add lukewarm milk and vanilla essence to it and mix it.
For egg pudding:
• Add the pudding mixture to the steel pan.
• Now put the steel pan in a big pan and cover it.
• Let it cook for about 45 minutes on medium flame.
• Cool it after taking it out of the pan for about 1 hour.
• Your egg pudding is ready.
