Ingredients
- Noodles(300 g)
- Chicken (1/2 kg)
- Onion (1 medium-sized)
- Garlic(6-10 cloves)
- Red chili flakes(as required)
- Carrot (1-2)
- Tikka masala(1 tbsp)
- Chicken powder(1/2 tbsp)
- Salt(as required)
- Cabbage(half)
- Soy sauce (1 tbsp)
- Black pepper(1/2 tsp)
- Chilli sauce(2 tbsp)
- Capsicum(1-2)
- Oyster sauce(optional!)
Procedure
- Boil the noodles on a medium flame for about 12-15 minutes and set them aside.
- Now take a pan, add 4 tbs oil, chopped garlic, and boneless chicken chunks and cook them for about 4 -5 minutes.
- Now add salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes to the pan.
- In the mixture add tikka masala and chicken powder.
- Stir it well for about 1 minute.
- After that, add all the vegetables i.e capsicum, carrot, onion, and cabbage to the pan and cook it for 2 minutes now add the sauces i.e ketchup soy sauce, chili sauce, and oyster sauce(optional).
- Add the boiled noodles to the pan. and mix well.
